Got it yesterday and tried it out, this thing is the real deal!!! Not sure if it's just in my head, but... I feel like it's adding some elasticity..? It tingles a bit, but it didn't hurt or feel irritating. If I had to name a downside, maybe the tube is a bit slippery.. but other than that, nothing else!
